Audio and Visual Ministry. The CYM audio and visual ministry exists to help spread the gospel and love of Jesus by creating ministry environments that are effective in reaching an a particular audience with what they see and hear during a program. The Camelback Youth Ministry program has been blessed with equipment and volunteers that have helped to create some amazing environments for spreading the gospel and love of Jesus to students and families across Arizona.
Frequently, CYM receives requests for the use of its’ audio and visual equipment for special ministry events outside of our youth ministry program. In trying to accommodate these requests CYM asks that all AV requests be sent through the online request form below. Once a request has been submitted, the CYM AV team will discuss the possibility of helping with the particular event. Our team will look at the specific AV needs, the location, check the dates with our current CYM calendar, check the availability of our AV volunteers, and try to respond back in a in a timely manner.
The cost for helping with an AV program depends a lot of the requested amount of equipment and the time required to set up, take down, and operate equpment. To cover wear and tear on equipment, the minimum cost for any equipment use is $100. Please fill out the form below and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
